On saturday I spent the first half of the day at the fishing tackle and boat show in long beach that my friend convinced me to go to. It actually was fun but wow!! Was there allot of people. It was hard to walk down each isle because the people were just not moving. All the people in the isles were just stopped watching individual exhibits and left little room to get by. It was in a building so big that I actually couldnt figure out how to get out of. A little claustrophobic. But it was nice. Alot of fantastic boats of all kinds on display however im more interest in the fishing tackle, hell!! I cant afford a boat. I got in a knot tying contest to see who has the best fishing knot. What you do is connect the fishing hook to your fishing line and test the knot on a machine that stretches the line until it breaks and a little computer ses how much pounds of pressure it handled. Jasons score was 42 pounds of pressure before it broke but mine was 70 pounds. I was the clear winner between me and jay but the record for the show was a little over 100 pounds. There was allot of things to do in the show including watching a dog trainer show and even actually go fishing from the tank. Heres my photos and a few videos of the show.
